I recall a very alarming study where subjects given beta-carotene were more likely to contract cancer, esp if they were smokers. The study was stopped immediately upon that discovery. So i tried carrot juice, which did help somewhat, but i found horopito oil (see my post today) helped the most as it fights yeast. It was a big surprise.
