A friend of mine has had a similar condition. Itchy under the arms and torso. Had it for a long time. Been to many doctors. Finally she had a skin test which determined she has a nickle allergy.

She is now oil pulling upon my suggestion and avoiding cheap cutlery and cookware that may be leeching metals.
