lol...I KNOW!!!!! I thought oil pulling sounded warped too..but I had some virgin coconut oil (I use Tropical Treaditions brand via the internet) and I tried it. The next day I had a piece of plaque fall out of my mouth!!

And yes...when I cheat and eat a little dairy and start getting clogged up...I oil pull and it all loosens and I can breathe normal again. It was a complete shock to me! I kept trying it and yup...same thing kept happening!
