Hello, I don't have any experience. The closest I came was going to get a consultation to get started to help me with my loose skin. I had at that point been "studying" / practicing 18 hour fasting as I read from the warrior diet. The pretty much made me feel like I was doing something horrible by starving myself, that she was the professional practitioner, etc., etc.

 She wanted me to pay her $175 A WEEK to have her stick metal needles in my body.  I got up and left - she knew nothing about that Warrior Diet and obviously NOTHING about fasting.  That's when I found your forum and you not only confirmed the power of fasting but opened up a whole new mentality about fruits and living according to the Creator's rules.  The thought of letting them stick metal needles in me makes me cringe and I am so thankful that she belittled me so much so that I was able to walk away from her.
