Hello MH
I'm just finishing the precleanse, about to do my 2nd liver flush (the correct way this time!) and then onto my OJ fast coupled with your Longevity Spice Kit (or would it be better to just do OJ fast without the spices)?

While doing the precleanse and cutting out all meat and dairy and eating mainly fruit, I have had a very difficult time focusing, especially at work. I'm fine if I'm working around the yard, but if I try to focus on bookwork or my Bible, it's been very difficult. Would the mind tract or memory balance help???

PS - Testimony with hubby ... My husband had to work up in L.A. for 3 days and he started to get symptoms of a sinus infection (he used to get them regularly prior to our moving to the country). I told him to quit eating his normal fare of meat and bread and just eat fruit and fruit juice and tea and water. He got better in 1 day! In the past, it would turn into a week long pain and suffering bout. Thanks MH for the education you provide! I'll be joining the school when I place my next order -- soon!
