So I am going to juice one orange and fill it with distilled water , fill an 8 once glass and drink an ounce an hr?? for 21 days? Is this enough for my blood sugar to be okay(not hypoglycemic but do have thyroid and adrenal issues) So I need about 3 organic oranges a day? Can I use reg oranges? Can I use white or pink grapefruit instead? Or is there something to oranges in particular that cleanse better or have more nutrition? I am also consuming distilled water in this fast. I can take Lower bowel supplements? and or an enema? I dont know why I find this confusing but I do , thanks to all that will and have replied. I really need to do this fast and since its summer I want to do it now.
