its horrible isn't? recently I have been reading about the demodex mites. And decided to do some experimenting.. now considering your whole body is being affected. You might want to consider this..VEry cheap and prolly will work for you. Now I have been reading about women who are using Pond's cold cream ..talk about no wrinkles and never acne a day in their life with faithful use..So i bought some.. brought it home but i am very inquisitive ..so I toook each ingredient and looked it up to see what they were and what they do. Pond's cold cream has sodium borate which is derived from boric acid.

Now as most people know? If they have pets sometimes they are infested by mites and will wash them with borax or boric acid to cure it. And it works! Also I think ponds cold cream is a long term solution. I have heard people talk about breaking out using this ..but I do not think that is accurate. I think possibly they have mites and where ever they are not using the cream they end up travelling to that area ..thus a break out occurs. Now, yOu would think that the ingredients are pore clogging ingredients. however the molecular structure of the ingredients are to large ...to penetrate through your pores to clog. So I have had very BAD acne since i was 16 .. I am now 34 as my nickname indicates. I have decided to experiment. I searched online for borax and curing acne. And this is what i found.

Now I have also noticed that metro gel which i had a tube of for something else that was troubling LONG AGO .. I am so glad i saved the rest.. I decided what the heck let me put this on the acne I have ..somehow a few cysts have popped up...I put this on my spots and would you know that the cysts are almost gone in a few short days ..EVERYONE knows a cyst can last a few months.. 

 I am still working on this as the mites are VERY HARD to get rid of. Also something else that I thought about ..they mention that your face will itch or your ears itch..and i remember at times my ears would itch intensely for no reason...that is a mite infestation. So it is definately what i have... I use ponds' cold cream nite and morning and i do not wash my face anymore...As my face was gettin really dry which also increases oil production. I have been using moisturizer and Benzoyl peroxide and a hydrogen peroxide toner... and now metrogel for the spots...I have yet to try the borax and hydrogen peroxide mixture yet ..because it mentions get the lavender oil for under the eyes and i have just recently came upon this information.

BUT YES THIS works..whatever acne i have gotten in the last week is quickly gone..Also if you use a ton of bp as the acne org site talks about you would notice the acne travel to areas you missed..i am sorry but this is mites. I urge you to try this simple lil recipe and its very cheap ...to get rid of these things at least first before you do anything... I have done EVERYTHING!! all the cleanses and all..I also believe the reason i have broke out so bad from the cleanses and what not was probably because my ph level was changing more alkaline which was making these lil creatures come out in acne..because they cannot live so much inside me.. Now i know we have mites all over ..and there is no escape..but i am confident in believing that most acne is major infestation of mites ..and over growth..and a good parasite cleanse of course wouldnt hurt either. TRY IT ..it makes sense..what do you have to lose.

This is my regimen currently and it so works i swear my life on it.

In the morning I put a lil bit of pond's cold cream on face and let it sink in for awhile like a mask

After my shower i apply hydrogen peroxide as a toner..to make sure face is clean

Then I moisturize first as to not get the other stuff close to my eyes

I just use a light moisturizer like aveeno or neutrogena or whatever

Then I apply a small portion of benzoyl peroxide and metro gel to most of my face

that's it ..and it seems to be working

In the evening I soak in ponds cold cream to remove makeup and wipe with warm cloth..i like to use Viva paper towels.

I apply a more generous portion of benzoyl peroxide and some metro gel

and thats it.

I will advise in my routine changes and I try the borax and Hydrogen peroxide mixture but this would be great to try on your body.
