I have been oil pulling since October, and I still had that area of plaque. Within a week of using that toothbrush it was gone. I have been using it for couple of months.

One thing that I do not like is that the bristles are very soft, and I feel like I am not getting a good cleaning, but my teeth have never felt smoother so I guess it must be working:)
