I've had deep scaring, they have faded with time, and putting vit E on them. When I said take a Zen approach to your condition I did not mean be happy with it, only that this is where you are right now, and it is important that you don't let it control your life. I am not happy that I was sick, yet I have learned so much through this illness. I am alive and rejoice in that each day, my health is better because of what I have learned. I feel better than before I knew I was sick. If I knew what I know now I would have never fallen ill. And I agree with you that to fast of a detox is not good. By the way what were you useing? I might like to avoid that.
