Its really important on this cleanse to keep things moving out.
The tea at night and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning is a great combination.

Whether one is better than the other doesn't have a lot of importance.
Some people can't hack the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) so their next option is tea at night and tea in the morning.
Your not going to be doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) at nite because it doesn't work that way.
Your system needs to be empty for the SWF to work, as in the morning.

So if your able to do the recommended tea at nite and SWF in the morning, your in great shape.
