Calories yesterday were 600 in protein shakes and a cup of coffee with half/half, water intake: 80oz.
workout at the gym..treadmaster and treadmill calories burned 400. My legs were burning not painful but just really warm like I could feel the fat being melted off and today they are down 1 inch each. Waist and hips should be down tomorrow as the tape wanted to go to 31 and 37.
Im not on traditional juice or Water Fast ..just a liquid one strictly for weight loss and to break old eating habits, then im transitioning to a healthy Diet with intermittent Water Fasting for cleansing and weight maintenence. Anyone out there wanting to join me you are very welcome.
My current size is a tight cant wear out in public size 12 jean. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by sept 1...or get down to a 24 inch waist, Ive never been slim so I have no clue what weight would land me that waist size..so ill adjust as I lose weight.
Today Im going strong. Ketosis is kicking in real well. Ive had 40oz of water so far, one coffee with half n half ..one protien shake and sitting at 200 calories. Im really gonna up my water today to get a total of 120oz. No hunger today. Ill have another shake and then go off to my workout. I'll end today with 300 calories consumed. Im expecting a 2 pound loss on the scales tomorrow as Im still dropping my carb water weight.
