Even before the Humaworm cleanse I have had phlegm that stays in my throat all the time. At night it seems to shift and plug one or the other of my nostrils. It was became evident after I started oil pulling sometime in December. In the beginning, it was very pronounced, but as time has gone on it is not such a bother.

When I first tried to "hack" out this phlegm, it just stayed put. I wondered at that time if it was "alive." The more I have done in the way of diet, Moreless' Alkalizing drink, etc., the more successful I am at spitting bits of it out. Believe me, it is very nasty phlegm. I am more successful in the morning at spitting it out, but not so much the rest of the day since it seems to hang on like velcro.

Could it be that it is a parasite? Ewwww!
