Juicing is a very good idea, though I don't know if my family can afford a juicer. We're very poor. I've been drinking v8 too, I wonder if that is anything like juicing.

Ensure is what was given to my grandfather when he had cancer, it was basically all he lived on. It never seemed to make my IBS worse. Sometimes it makes me feel a little too full as if it's a little heavy, but that goes away after a while.

My crutch is my Xanax... without it I'm a total mess. I'm on 1mg every 4-6 hours 3x per day, and my psychiatrist is going to raise my antidepressant.

My antidepressant is Remeron, I was on a high dosage of 45mg for a few years and it helped me immensely. But the past year or so I've only been taking 30mg. at one point, I was only on 15mg, and that is when I started spiraling downhill.....
