I have to disagree. The Atkins diet was superior in this manner adipose fat was the target and muscle mass actually increases!
I think there is a lot of misconception and bad advice going on here , to much here say and no with real experience in any of these drugs Kevin claims to be a miracle cure!
Beware that the supplement industry has the same motivation as any other industry and that is profit! Caveat Emptor to all the above!
