Besides keeping adequately hydrated, she might
try a breast pump to stimulate milk production.
If she pumps more than her baby can use, it does
freeze well.

If the infant is having difficulty suckling,
often a breast shield makes it easier for the
baby to "latch" on.

Mostly relaxing will help too.
