You've gotta give the Devil his due. Had it not been for Mannatec I probably would have never heard of glyconutrients. This is free enterprise. If someone wants to sell it so what. They serve the function of telling people about it. Maybe their rap is not based on scientific fact, but still it does seem to help a lot of people with a lot of ailments - probably by getting the gut back together with the immune system.

Remember communism? They had it all figured out that eutopia would happen after you eliminated the middle man. Turned out that without that middle man, exchange slowed to a crawl and everyone was poorer for it. We all sell something to someone.
