Corey, you're brilliant! Your experience sounds EXACTLY like mine, the bottoms of my feet hurt as well:) and I knew it was my kidneys, I also drink a ton of water, with sole & lemon & also Z water, I also eat a TON of fruit, but I'm sweating it all out, not peeing so much. And the aches & pains I had felt exactly like a kidney cleanse I did last summer, so I knew it was the kidneys. Even so, I'm going to wait til it cools down here a bit before doing the IP6 again....and at that point I'll utilize your suggestions:) Thanks!
