Hello everyone

I just joined this forum, however I have been reading all your posts for a long time now. I have been looking for a permanent solution to my bad habits. I want to regain health and I am very committed to doing this. I have not got any health problems (that I am aware of) but I feel terrible most times. And I do remember not feeling like a few years ago, before I had my first ever glass of wine, started eating crisps and chocolate for my lunch break every day, and generally before I gave in most of the temptations always around me. People say I am just getting older. I don't believe that. I think I need a good clean, a reset and a new direction.

I also want to stop smoking and when I tried fasting the other week for two days I realized I was not craving for cigarettes any longer (I think I must associate cigarettes to sipping tea/coffee) up until I went back to my usual diet. I proved to myself that I can do it, I won't die without food!!!!

I wanted to thank you all for your knowledge and for sharing you experiences; it has really helped me making this decision.

The reason why I joined is that I want to give something back - you never know, people might learn something from my experience and my future posts.

I also know already that people around me, including boyfriend and family, will not be supporting me during this journey. On the contrary they already tried to talk me out of it. I know I will find the support that I need here, everyday and that's enough.

Here is where I am today:

I am starting tomorrow with my Master Cleanse.
I have already done a bowel cleanse (yesterday last day) with Oxy Powder.
I have a huge stock of lemons, syrup and Cayenne.
I am going to use filtered water (I have a dedicated tap with filter in the house).
I am not going to weight myself once (I want to stay focused on why I am doing this and not become obsessed with weight management).
I am going to keep exercising during the fast. I might have to resort to using Wgrass or Spitulina at some point, depending on how long I am going, and I am ready for that.
I am going to go for 3 weeks at least.
I know already the SFW does not work with me (I was bloated and sick and did not expel once) so I am going to use a combination 2 x tea per day + enema as and only if needed. I glad I tested all this earlier on so I won't have any excuses to stop and start.

Good luck to me and to everyone else that is trying to achieve something important.

P.S. English is not my main language, so if you ever find yourself reading one of my posts and wondering "What is that word?", it’s not you, it’s definitely me. Probably I made it up or something. Apologies in advance.
