I have a friend who 3 weeks after birth her breast milk is not coming in very much.

Anyone have any ideas how to help her?

*Edited* OMG - I forgot to include something...thank you onthejourney! This woman had a boob job!! I didn't even think about that...duh. Does anyone think that might have had an impact on all of this?
