All I might add is to make sure to get plenty antioxidants as Dr.Blaylock recommends for healing/reversing damage done. It can only be beneficial to get over cravings as well I would think.

Wombie - Dr.Blaylock did not get into what to do once you have been exposed much in the video. I found an article by searching online which you find posted above where he talks about that. TY for the praise - I wanna be like you when I grow up :)
