Thanks so much for sticking around and sharing your experiences.

I am experiencing intermittent glimpses of the kind of health that you are talking about. Not enough reserves yet to avoid some ups and downs.

Good to hear abt the better cold toleration. I long for same. About how long into this protocol before significant benefit in this regard?
