Hi im 19 years old and i have been currently diagnosed with a fatty liver due to excessive drinking since age 16, well is there any kind of treatment or cure you guys can point me to? i dont know what i should or should not eat, but right now im only eating fish and chicken with rice and with bananas and corn tortillas, and im taking some Milk Thistle pills or something like that. sometimes i feel kinda weird its hard to describe but if someone could point me in the right direction i would really appreciate it. thanks.
