Yes, I agree it is better if a person can find away to stimulate their body into producing the hormones they need in the proper balance. Congratulations on you success with this. I myself have had success balancing my hormones (and healing my fibrocystic breasts ) by supplementing with iodine. It’s an amazing feeling to actually address the root of a problem instead of treating its superficial symptoms. I hope that there is healing for my sister as well. Her periods stopped and she was diagnosed with autoimmune disease after a test came back positive for a specific type of antibody.

Could you tell me a little more about what an AK is/does? Thanks.
