Diamond products have been used many many years as an alternative to mercury. I have no stock in the company. if I knew something better, I would have it in my mouth. I challenge you to find a better filling material. There is Zinc Oxide, but you have to replace it every 6 months to a year. Diamond products are the best I know of.  Hema is better than what the others offer.  There is no BIS-GMA in it.  I do not know what other products they put in zirconia.  It is being being used for crowns and bridges by some dentists, but I don't know if they are using it for fillings.  And, I don't know what other chemicals are in it.
