I just got done listening to this audio - very informative!!! The part that is very discouraging to me is that he talks about the effects of Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) on infants in the womb and the formative years. He stated that being exposed to Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) at that early developmental age will cause brain cells to die/not form correctly/all sorts of health problems for the remainder of their life. However, he did not tell of any way to reverse this issue that occurs in childhood, leaving me to assume that there isn't any way to reverse the damage done before we were even born! Almost like we were doomed before we even started (except of course, for those lucky enough to be born to parents not ingesting/feeding to us, MSG). That doesn't sit well with me. It may be true and I'm not arguing it, because it makes a lot of sense, but that doesn't mean I'm happy about it. My youngest son has a lot of symptoms of Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) toxicity. When I was pregnant with him (and all of them actually) I did not know all I know today. We were very poor and ate what we could afford (welfare boxed meals, basically!). I had no idea the problems that could cause them for the rest of their lives. So is there hope? If we eliminate all MSG from our diets, could this turn things around or are we really doomed from the beginning?
