have also been researching boron/borax found that there is an outlet of huldaclark products that sell boron and borax.
i'd be a bit skeptical about ingesting the 20 mule team borax as their website says that the 20 Mule Team Brand [4 lb 12 oz box] BORAX Borax Powder is marketed by Dial Corporation as a "laundry booster."-- [you know how sleepy bearucracies and big company marketeers can get (if you get my drift), especially if they would be selling products that are not made for human consumption]. *edit*

did send me an email saying:
"Food grade Borax is an interesting concept, as no borax is edible. However, the borax that we sell is the exact brand that Dr. Hulda Clark states to have been tested by her to be pure of any by-products from its manufacturing, making it the best borax for cleaning the home, dishes, clothing, and making home made shampoo. Food grade usually means that it could be used as an ingredient in making, well, food. Borax can not be used as an ingredient in making food. The borax we sell is great for all the uses listed above, and I have been happily using it for over 10 years now in my home."
and, they do sell the boron supplement also-- 3 mg 50 ct SKU: BORON
Ingredients: cornstarch, boron aspartate 5% in gelatin capsules guaranteed pure and potent from the Self Health Resource Center.
PRICE: $3.60

edit note: just read what ted says about the borax at
http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/borax.html
have to say at this point that it is a bit confusing - especially since ted says its about as toxic as table salt . - still sifting through & digesting the verbiage at present.
