Thanks for the links. I think I'll wait on the boron until I can do more research and make a better educated decision.

Meanwhile, I am about to begin a serious dietary cleanse. The first week will be juices and raw fruits, then segue to a juice fast, and finally a week on either orange juice or lemonade. My weekend Liver Flush liked to have killed me although it was quite successful. I am finally stronger and ready to get back on track. Have you restarted your cleansing fast yet?


Edit-(off topic) yeah!! I can get the dog food in two towns that are within ten miles of here, plus I work in Fayetteville.
