Yes, an EFA combo that I got at my colon therapist's office: the Omegas in the correct proportion.

My curry was fresh ginger, onions & curry spices (heavy on the fennel and turmeric) sauteed in the C.O. and folded into red lentils.

Only problem when I cook fragrant foods like this is I shut the bedroom door, so it won't smell like a restaurant in there later.

But right away my cats think "Ohmygod! Mommy's shut the door, we can't hide behind the bed, she must be *taking us somewhere*!!" and they go nuts.

I close the door very, very quietly. Sometimes they don't notice until one of them walks by, and then tells the other one!
