Hi Doc: I'm confused, I hear so much supposed good about the vegetarian way and yet when I try it I get weak, tired, can't sleep, and in general not a very pleasent person to live with. I've tried it three different times now, 2 months, 3 months and this last time 6 months. I give up.

What can you tell me about it.
