I know that when I used Epsom Salts , I still did a coffee enema anyway.

But you should do what feels right to you.....I know that for people with pretty congested colons, it might be wise to do an enema as well. Heck, I would take p&b shakes, drink tons of water, and still do a coffee enema. I was very careful to not get dehydrated. But everyone's body is different.

I know I have work to do with regard to cleansing my bowel, so I can take LOTS of fiber and laxatives, and be ok. You may not be that way though, so proceed with caution!
