does anyone just eat haphazardly sometimes? or just eat whenever they are hungry? I am soo lean that it dosen't even matter if I eat anymore..I can just cruise on by in fasting mode and ride out the low blood Sugar cravings til I get really really hungry like near the brink of death..okay,not that close lol but close enough..but when I do pig out,boy what a relief it is! lol
