Hi!

I think it could also be lack of oxygen. I could imagine that when your blood is toxic, less oxygen can be caried by the red blood cells, and more oxygen has to be in the air for feeling at ease. One year ago, I often had the impression not to get enough air, when I slept with the window closed. Now this sensation has disappeared.
