Where do you get organic coffee? Is it in the grocery store, health food store, specialty shops or where? Also is it safe to
use a coffee enema if you aren't supposed to have caffeine? I have migraines, and mitral valve prolapse and the drs. tell me
to stay away from caffeine. I don't even drink coffee.

Blueduck, I enjoy reading all your posts. I mostly read here but have posted a few messages. Just wanted
to tell you I have learned a lot from your posts.
