my stools are dark brown. shouldn't that mean sufficient bile? but i'm still constipated... well i get a lot of gas and a lot of times i feel like i have to go but then i get gas or very little while other times i get a normal bm but then later on at night have a lot of gas. i eat mostly veggies, whole wheat, poultry and some fruit. would several Liver Flushes help the condition? this has been ongoing for 2 years. i'm still in my teens.
