I use Saw Palmetto twice a day to balance my androgen. It takes a while for it to build up in my system, so I start with 2 capsules in the am and 2 in the pm for a few days, then drop to one in the am and one in the pm.

It works like a charm! Within a couple days, all inflamation has gone down and after a couple of weeks, I rarely have cystic flareups along my jawline and neck (hormonal Acne area in women).
