Hi there,
I would like to take Zyflamend as I have suffered from inflammation / Iritis for 6 years and have chronic Iritis in my left eye which has become addicted to steroid drops and I would dearly love to get off and not have a repeat attack of Iritis.
My concern is that i noticed that it contains green tea extract and I suffer from low functioning adrenals and low cortisone and I am concerned the additional caffeine would tip the balence and I would suffer another attack; I also drink two cups of white tea daily and enjoy them and would not want to give them up. I also try to eat as healthy as possible. Please can you advise if it is still safe to take Zyflamend on top of that with my condition?
I also take a supplement of optimum oil blend (organic) this contains a mixture of omega 3, 6 and 9 2:1:1 ratio. Of flax, sunflower, sesame, evening primrose, soya, rice bran oils. Is this healthy for me? As I am concerned about omega 6's which I have read are bad for inflammation!
Please can someone help?
Kind Regards,
Kirsten
