Listen to your own body.
That is just ONE study and we are not given the actual study papers nor are we allowed to dissect that so called study that "concludes" that cooked veggies are better.

which cooked veggies is that study talking about?

what about all those people CURED of every known disease to mankind because they had corrected their diet to eating mostly RAW fruits and vegetables?

I challenge that study to open themselves up to my peer review etc etc. And let us see those students of those study cure the incureables.

Betcha they still think the incureables remain incureables.
