since i stopped smoking even though i read alans carr book i went cold turkey ive had moad swings crying fits my eczema has flared i cant sleep and im depressed so to speak my doctor has put me on anti depressants is this all normal when you quit do you really go through a healing process??i hate feeling so low i know smoking was just covering up my emotions now but it just seems things have got worse is this normal and the healing process??
