I've been doing daily 20-min. coffee enemas for 1 1/2 years now, and just started having colonics. The coffee enema is to detoxify the liver - the colonic is to get out impacted stuff. I've been amaxed at how much dark-brown gunk comes out with the colonic, even after doing the coffee enema that morning.
