Julia, one of my favorite online buddies has not only been on the bloodtype diet for 4 yrs, she teaches it. She's just out of the hospital and rehab where she's been since midwinter after having suffered a pretty severe stroke. That speaks volumes about the bloodtype diet to me. A clogged carrotid artery ... her blood type should have been able to matabolize the meat that was allowed, so esplain it to me, Lucy.
