I have moderate to severe ulcerative colitis and just started the strict 3-step Guts and Glory Program laid out in Rubin's book, "Restoring Your Digestive Health". I was wondering what experiences others with bowel disorders have had with the program.

-How was your energy level throughout Phase One and so on?

-Has anyone had any problem with the Brasco Broth giving you a lot of gas initially?

-What type of goat milk yogurt did you consume if at all?

-I am only able to get the Redwood Hills Farms yogurt which Rubin recommends second to the White Egret Farms yogurt. Has anyone had success with Redwood Hills Farms?

-How did your symptoms improve throughout each stage?

-Any recommendations or advice?
