I never shaved until highschool. i was born with hair on my body. And I had really hairy legs. The hair on my arms are fine and not so bad but my legs have always had alot of hair. starting grade 9 I had to change infront of other girls for gym. And all the girls made fun of you bad your legs were hairy making you think you are dirty. So imagine I had braces, glasses, poofy split hair and acne. I didnt want to add anymore ways for people to make fun of me. So I went home and shaved. It was fine the first couple times. Smooth, like hair never existed.
But now the hair is always so so course. Some places the hair never grew back. and where all the hair roots were are really embarassing brown spots. My legs look disgusting and I feel so ashamed of anyone seeing them.
I tried the hair removal creams. One that stunk so bad you wanted to vomite. You paste it on and it was thick and nasty. When I rubbed it off it damaged my skin so so bad. Then razors itself it wat I have been using. The venus one which always cuts my skin and I fele like I am ruining my skin. I tried The "NAD's" wax today. I seen the commercial so many times and I am thinking wow I paid alot for this so it must work. And to my unhappyness it just pained like hell and pulled out very little hair. I even had my mom pull my skin taut. So why didn't that even work. I want to invest in something that will leave me legs silky smoothy but all this trying is costing me a fortune and I plan on going to college and wont have the money to keep experimenting.
Can anyone please tell me something that will get rid of the hair for a long time. Wont make it come back so thick. Leave it so smooth and silky and wont leave those embarassing black marks where the roots were?
I have tried so many products and there are so many products out there I am just very lost.
