Unless you only want an effective, low volume enema, probably not. You should be on a low residue diet. colonics may not be a good idea either as you don't want to overly strain the weak points in your colon. Low volume enemas will keep your colon from becoming blocked.
Don't know of any reason why it should prevent you from conceiving.
