Hi, I am about to purchase a colema board setup, is there anything I should be concerned about regarding tap water?

Are fluoride/floradine/chloramine realistic concerns?

I checked out my local water content, and apparently West Los Angeles (my area) doesn't use chlorine anymore, they switched in 2003 to Chloramine, which is ammonia bonded to chlorine. Is chloramine a health concern?

Originally I was going to fill water from my shower (activated carbon filtration, Aquasana), but after some research I am finding that carbon filters do not get rid of chloramine, and neither does distillation.

The only thing that filters chloramine are Reverse Osmosis units made for the task. I cannot afford to purchase an R/O unit at the moment, so im wondering exactly how bad chloramine would be and if I should be concerned.
