Does anyone know how to balance androgens (sex hormones) in men. I think my breakouts and hair loss are resulting from excess testosterone. I have done a lot of research into hormone balancing but everything I have found relates to menopausal women/men.

What do you do if you are a younger man with out of balance hormones?

Also, I know that sometimes used hormones can recirculate through the body if the body cannot correctly dispose of used hormones efficiently.

Does anyone know how to eliminate used hormones to prevent them from recirculating throughout the body?
