I find that one of the problems of being an adult is the loss of having total trust that something will come about for certain that children take for granted. I love this law of attraction thing. Recently I related the story of needing a printer but there are numerous other incidents but I will relate a couple now.

My wife and I are avid yard salers because of the fun of meeting other folks and the pure serendipity of a good find. Now on with the stories.

This past Friday I went into a shop that sold flowers, both artificial and live. As I walked into the store I heard some unusual music. I had never heard this before. I listened closely and the lady running the store just happened to be someone that has a yearly yard sale and I had bought many CD's from her. She recognized me because we had discussed our unusual musical tastes before. She said the music was by ENYA. The next day there were not many yard sales here so we went to a different town and (without necessarily looking for them) I found 2 CD's by Enya. They are nice. Seem to have the curious ability to relax and energize me at the same time.

Several weeks back I was at a garden shop and watching the person spray water over them with a water wand that looked like a shower head. I mentally said to myself that I want one and will have one soon. Our normal routine for yard sales is for me to look in Friday's paper and make a route. The following Saturday (after wanting the water wand) I was on my way to the first yard sale on my route. I took a wrong turn (one block away from where I was headed) and there was an un-advertised sale just being set up. The absolute first thing I saw was my wand for $2.00.

In both cases, I was out of my normal routine. In each case I give thanks and truly do feel gratitude for the gift.

Anyone that thinks LOA is junk is missing out on a lot of fun and I do have symmpathy for them. For me I am thankful for the gift of the Law of Attraction.
