If the stone is ceramic or actual stone with plastic attached, it will have to be cleaned with industrial de-greasers unless someone else has experience with this. If the stone is stainlesss steel, it can be cleaned by heating it red hot with a propane torch.
The synergy and most concentrators are made to work 24/7/365.
