Despite oil pulling and changing my eating habits, my gums are still in bad shape...no WORSE shape.

They constantly sting and the soreness won't go away. Going to the dentist isn't an option for me right now (can't afford it).

I tried adding cayenne pepper to sunflower oil (I oil pull) and that made my mouth hurt even more.

I have a mouthful of almagams. Again, I can't afford to have them removed yet. It's on top of my priority list. I've read that they cause a load of health problems.

I don't want to end up with dentures before 30.
