I've decided to add cayenne pepper to my oil. My gums are now to the point where they constantly sting, as if my gums were being poked with needles.

I can't eat anything with sugar in it, not even fruit. When I don't eat anything I'm fine. But when I start eating, the stinging soreness comes back.

I believe it's blood related. My menses have been irregular ever since I was a teenager, and even more irregular (and heavy) once I had my first child.

I usually drink some ACV 3 times a day. I admit that I don't drink enough water. It's chlorinated where I live at (and it smells nasty, YUCK). Barely can get 3 cups a day.
