What you look for in plant oils of any type "organic" ... "unrefined" ... "cold pressed"

At the moment, I'm finishing a jar of spectrum coconut oil and I won't buy another one. Coconut oil should be liquifying at room temperature here in the sunny south with outside temps hitting 90 each day, this one ain't!!!!! It read like the best one on the shelf. Monday, if I don't find one that reads like who's who in coconut oil besides the spectrum, I'll be driving farther to get my coconut oil. I'm almost out of it and the one that I use in the bathroom for my body ... and it is liquifying.
